Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

This license continues for a commercially reasonable period after you delete User Content to allow for backup deletion and system clearing.

  • You own or have necessary rights to your User Content
  • Your User Content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws
  • You have obtained all necessary consents and permissions for your User Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting or publishing it.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, graphics, text, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other materials provided through our Services (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of ATLAS GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LTD or our licensors.

Our Intellectual Property is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom, the European Union, and international treaties.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Intellectual Property

6.1 Subscription Services

Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis with recurring fees. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Authorize automatic recurring charges to your payment method
  • Maintain valid payment information
  • Comply with the specific terms of your subscription plan

6.2 Billing and Payment Terms

Payment Authorization: You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your designated payment method for all fees, including applicable taxes.

Billing Cycles: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, annually, etc.) unless canceled before the renewal date.

Price Changes: We may modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

Payment Processors: Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Your payment data is subject to their privacy policies and terms.

6.3 In-App Purchases

For mobile applications distributed through app stores:

  • Purchases are processed by the app store (Apple, Google)
  • Pricing, billing, and refunds are governed by app store policies
  • We do not control or process app store payments directly

6.4 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account settings
  • The applicable app store

Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for the current billing period unless required by law.

Refund Policy: Refunds are issued at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law and app store policies. To request a refund, contact us at contact@atlasglobaltechnologies.co within 14 days of purchase with:

  • Transaction details
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documentation

App Store Refunds: For purchases made through app stores, contact the app store directly for refund requests in accordance with their policies.

6.5 Free Trials

We may offer free trials for certain subscription services. By accepting a free trial:

  • You must provide valid payment information
  • You will be automatically charged when the trial expires unless you cancel
  • We may limit trial eligibility and prevent abuse

7. Service Availability and Modifications

Upon termination, your license ceases and provisions intended to survive remain in effect.
