Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
This website and the mobile applications Daret, AirNow, ResumeMatchr and TasbihNow (together, the “Services”) are operated by Atlas Global Technologies LTD (“Atlas Global Technologies”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
Atlas Global Technologies LTD is the data controller of your personal data when you use our website or our mobile applications.
• Company: Atlas Global Technologies LTD
• Contact email: contact@atlasglobaltechnologies.co
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data when you:
• visit or use our website;
• download, install or use our mobile apps on iOS or Android; or
• contact us by email, forms or other channels linked to our Services.
⸻
2. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to:
• The Atlas Global Technologies LTD website;
• The Daret mobile application (community savings / tontine management);
• The AirNow mobile application (air quality and weather information);
• The ResumeMatchr web/mobile solution (CV / job matching and analysis);
• The TasbihNow mobile application (digital counter for prayers / repetitions).
Additional notices may apply inside a specific app (for example, in-app explanations for permissions such as location or notifications). In case of conflict, those specific notices prevail for that particular feature.
⸻
3. Personal data we collect
The exact data we collect depends on how you interact with our Services (website vs. mobile app, and which app you are using). We may collect the following categories of data:
3.1 Data you provide directly
When you use our website or apps, you may provide:
• Identification data:
• First name, last name
• Username or display name
• Contact details:
• Email address
• Phone number
• City / country of residence (where provided)
• Account information:
• Password (stored in a hashed form, never in plain text)
• Language preferences
• Communication preferences (e.g. newsletter subscription)
• Content and usage data related to our apps:
• Daret: circle participation information (e.g. name of circle, role in the circle, planned contributions, payment reminders), non-financial usage data related to how you organise and track your savings.
• AirNow: favourite locations, filters or alert preferences, type of device used;
• ResumeMatchr: CVs you upload, job descriptions you submit, answers to forms, feedback and preferences;
• TasbihNow: counter usage settings (e.g. vibration, sounds, target counts) and in-app preferences.
We do not require you to provide “special categories” of personal data (such as information on your health, religion, political opinions, etc.) for the use of our Services.
For TasbihNow, even though the app is oriented towards religious practice, we do not ask you to declare or prove your religion and we do not use the app to create a profile about your beliefs.
• Payment and transaction data (if applicable):
If you make in-app purchases or subscribe to paid features, payment processing is generally handled by third parties (such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store or payment providers). We may receive limited information related to the transaction (e.g. date, amount, product type), but we do not store your full payment card details.
• Communications and support:
When you contact us (by email, contact form, support request, social media), we process the content of your message and any information you choose to share, for example: screenshots, technical logs or feedback about our apps.
⸻
3.2 Data collected automatically
When you visit our website or use our mobile apps, we automatically collect certain information about your device and your interaction with our Services. This may include:
• Device information:
• Device model, operating system and version, device settings
• Unique device identifiers (for example, IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android – when permitted by your device settings)
• Language and time zone
• Log and usage information:
• IP address
• Date and time of access
• Pages and screens visited, buttons clicked
• Crash logs and performance data
• The website, app store or search term that referred you to our Services
We generally use this information to ensure the proper functioning, security, and improvement of our Services, and to compile aggregated statistics that do not directly identify you.
⸻
3.3 Location data (AirNow and possibly Daret)
Some of our apps may request access to your location:
• AirNow:
AirNow uses your approximate or precise location (depending on your choice and device settings) to:
• show local air quality index (US AQI or other standard indicated in the app),
• display relevant weather conditions,
• send location-based alerts when air quality reaches certain thresholds (if you enable notifications).
• Daret:
Daret may ask for your city or country of residence, or use an approximate location, to:
• customise language, currency or local content,
• provide information relevant to your region.
Location access is always based on the permissions you grant to the app in your device settings.
You can disable location access at any time via your device settings; however, some location-dependent features may then be unavailable or less accurate.
⸻

• Where applicable, displaying in-app advertising (for example via AdMob or similar networks) and measuring its performance, in accordance with your device and consent settings.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest and/or consent (particularly for advertising identifiers and personalised ads, when required by law).
6. Compliance, security and fraud prevention
• Protecting our Services against misuse or abuse;
• Detecting, investigating and preventing fraudulent or illegal activities;
• Complying with legal obligations (e.g. accounting, responding to lawful requests from authorities).
• Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We try to limit the personal data we process to what is strictly necessary for these purposes.

On the website, when required by applicable law, we will display a cookie banner or similar mechanism to collect your consent for non-essential cookies (such as analytics or advertising cookies). You can withdraw or modify your consent at any time via the cookie settings or your browser settings.
On mobile apps, you can usually control tracking and advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID) via your device settings (e.g. “Limit Ad Tracking” or “Allow apps to request to track”).
⸻
6. How we share your data
We do not sell your personal data.

When data is no longer needed, we will either delete it securely or anonymise it so that it no longer identifies you.
⸻
